What is Secret Santa?
Secret Santa is a gift exchange where each participant buys a single present for one person whose name was drawn at random. It stays a secret until the big day: you know who you’re buying for, but not who’s buying for you.
It’s the perfect setup for big families, groups of friends or office teams. One gift to find, a shared budget, and everyone goes home with something.
How to run your Secret Santa

Type in each person’s name. You can choose who shouldn’t draw whom, so partners or siblings don’t end up with each other.

Everyone gets exactly one person, never themselves. The draw happens in your browser: nothing is saved on our servers.

Send the links
Copy each participant’s secret link and send it by text, WhatsApp or email. Everyone sees their own match, and only theirs.
How much should you spend?
Between coworkers, $15 to $25 is typical. With family or close friends, people often go for $25 to $50. What matters is that everyone feels comfortable: pick a clear amount and add it to the draw, and it will show up in every link.

Is this Secret Santa generator really free?
Yes, completely. There’s no sign-up, no email address to give and no ads. You can run as many draws as you like.
How many people do you need?
At least three. There’s no upper limit: the draw works just as well for five friends as for a team of thirty.
Can I stop partners from drawing each other?
Yes. For each participant, choose the people they shouldn’t draw. The draw respects those exclusions and lets you know if they make a draw impossible.
Can the organizer take part without knowing the results?
Yes. The results never appear on screen: you only copy the links. Just don’t open anyone else’s link.
What if someone loses their link?
Come back to this page on the same device and browser: your last draw is kept there, so you can copy their link again. Otherwise, draw again and send the new links to everyone.
How do I know what to buy?
